To ensure that abandoned, homeless, abused, and unwanted Scottish Terriers in Oregon and SW Washington are fostered in caring homes; physically and emotionally healthy; and placed in safe, loving, and "forever homes."
 

ASTR is an all volunteer rescue.  100% of donations go to caring for the dogs.
